Not really. Just make sure your car is accessible at the address you gave when booking. The washer uses your membership number to confirm the booking and see your vehicle details — no QR code, no app, nothing to show. Once the wash is done, you'll get a notification to confirm the job and leave a star rating if you'd like.

Check the Service Schedule page. We run a weekly day-based schedule — each area is served on a specific day of the week. For example, one neighbourhood might be Monday, another Wednesday. When you book from your portal, only the dates that match your chosen area's service day will be available to pick.

Your membership runs for 12 months from the day you Registered. When it expires, your account stays but you won't be able to book new washes until you reactivate. Reactivation is free — just contact us and we'll get you back up and running. All your vehicles, wash history, and account details are kept exactly as they are.
